Returns

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our digital product purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your digital product (software license key) must be unused. If you got physical copy must also be in the original packaging.

Process for Returns:
Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
Provide Details: Provide your order information and the reason for the return.
Verification: We will verify your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the digital product.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Usually it takes 7-14 working days.
